Who is responsible

Data we collect
InferenceBench is designed for data minimisation. No account is required to view benchmarks, research, methodology, comparisons or maps, and browsing the site does not require you to provide personal data.
The only personal data InferenceBench actively collects is what you submit through the partnership enquiry form: name, work email, company, role, company website, partnership goals and your message.

Technical data
Like any web service, the infrastructure serving InferenceBench may generate technical logs (such as IP address, user agent and request metadata) for security and operational purposes. These logs are not used to profile visitors.
Analytics
InferenceBench uses a self-hosted instance of Umami, an open-source analytics tool, running on our own European infrastructure. It sets no cookies, uses no localStorage, and never builds cross-site profiles: page views and product events (such as opening the partner form) are counted in aggregate, and event payloads never contain names, emails, messages or other personal data. No analytics data is shared with or processed by any third party.
Recipients
Personal data is not sold or shared with advertisers. It may be processed by infrastructure providers acting as processors (such as hosting and database services) strictly to operate the service. Where a specific processor materially processes personal data, it will be listed here.
International transfers
If service providers process personal data outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are carried out under recognised safeguards. This section will name the mechanisms alongside any processors listed above.
Your rights

InferenceBench is not directed at children and is intended primarily for professional and technical audiences.
