Data we collect
InferenceBench is designed for data minimisation. No account is required to view benchmarks, research, methodology, comparisons or maps, and browsing the site does not require you to provide personal data.
The only personal data InferenceBench actively collects is what you submit through the partnership enquiry form: name, work email, company, role, company website, partnership goals and your message.
Purposes & legal bases
| Activity | Purpose | Legal basis | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| partner enquiries | Responding to partnership enquiries, evaluating potential commercial relationships, preparing requested commercial discussions or proposals, and maintaining related business correspondence. | Taking steps requested by the data subject prior to potentially entering into a commercial agreement, and the legitimate interest of the parties in conducting business correspondence. | Retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry and manage any resulting commercial discussion, and thereafter where retention is required or justified for applicable legal or business-record purposes. |
Technical data
Like any web service, the infrastructure serving InferenceBench may generate technical logs (such as IP address, user agent and request metadata) for security and operational purposes. These logs are not used to profile visitors.
Analytics
InferenceBench currently uses no third-party analytics services and sets no analytics cookies. Product events (such as opening the partner form) are counted first-party and in aggregate; event payloads never contain names, emails, messages or other personal data.
Recipients
Personal data is not sold or shared with advertisers. It may be processed by infrastructure providers acting as processors (such as hosting and database services) strictly to operate the service. Where a specific processor materially processes personal data, it will be listed here.
International transfers
If service providers process personal data outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are carried out under recognised safeguards. This section will name the mechanisms alongside any processors listed above.
Your rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify inaccurate data.
- Request erasure.
- Request restriction of processing.
- Object to processing.
- Data portability, where applicable.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing relies on consent.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
Security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss.
Children
InferenceBench is not directed at children and is intended primarily for professional and technical audiences.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected by a new version and updated effective date on this page.
