InferenceBench is a product operated by SnowStorm Solutions S.L., a company established in Spain.

Website purpose

InferenceBench provides independent measurements, comparisons, analysis and research relating to AI inference infrastructure, models and providers. The service may include benchmark results, provider information, pricing information, geographic information, research, market events and comparative tools.

Benchmark information

Benchmark results represent observations made under the conditions, workloads, sampling windows and methodology documented by InferenceBench. Results may change over time as infrastructure, model implementations, routing, pricing, provider capacity and the InferenceBench methodology evolve.

Benchmark results should therefore be interpreted as comparative measurements under defined test conditions rather than guarantees of future performance. Read the full methodology at /methodology.

Rankings, scores and comparisons are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee, certification or recommendation that a provider is suitable for a particular user's workload, legal requirements or infrastructure environment.

Third-party information

Some information displayed by InferenceBench is measured directly by InferenceBench (observed data), while other information — such as public pricing, product availability, regions or provider characteristics — may be obtained from provider documentation or other public sources (declared data), or computed from both (derived data). The methodology page documents this classification per metric.

InferenceBench aims to keep this information current but cannot guarantee that third-party information is complete or immediately reflects every provider change.

Use of the service

The service is provided for professional and informational use. You agree not to disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access, misrepresent InferenceBench data as your own measurements, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the InferenceBench website, original written content, visual design, benchmark methodology documentation, original research and proprietary software are operated or owned by SnowStorm Solutions S.L. or used under appropriate licences.

Provider names, product names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on InferenceBench does not imply endorsement in either direction.

Where specific datasets, repositories or benchmark components are released under a separate licence, that licence governs their use.

External links

InferenceBench may link to provider websites, documentation and other third-party resources. SnowStorm Solutions S.L. does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content or practices.

Availability

InferenceBench may modify, suspend or discontinue features, benchmark suites, datasets or parts of the service as the product evolves. No specific level of availability is guaranteed.

Commercial relationships

InferenceBench may be funded through commercial partnerships, custom benchmarking and related services. Commercial relationships do not purchase ranking position or editorial control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SnowStorm Solutions S.L. is not liable for decisions made on the basis of benchmark results, for third-party information, or for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

Material changes to this notice will be reflected by a new version and updated effective date on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, subject to any mandatory legal protections or jurisdiction rules that may apply.
