Partner Program Terms & Independence Policy
How commercial partnerships support InferenceBench without influencing its benchmarks.
About the Partner Program
The InferenceBench Partner Program allows a small number of companies to financially support independent AI inference benchmarking. This public policy describes the rules of that relationship. It is not a commercial contract.
Legal operator
The InferenceBench Partner Program is operated by SnowStorm Solutions S.L., C/ Fray Melchor Cano, 12, 3C, Leganés, Spain, NIF B87637211.

No partner identifier, badge or visual distinction appears inside benchmark tables, winner strips, market events or comparison views.
Benchmark inclusion & access
Becoming a Partner does not itself guarantee inclusion in a benchmark. Benchmark inclusion is governed by InferenceBench's technical coverage and methodology. Ending a partnership does not, by itself, remove an otherwise eligible provider from the benchmark.
Benchmark frequency is set by the adaptive scheduler described in the methodology; partner status is not an input to it. Partners may receive technical assistance to ensure that InferenceBench can correctly access and test publicly supported interfaces; integration assistance does not alter scoring rules or evaluation criteria.
Research
Research may be financially supported or commissioned by a Partner where clearly disclosed. Sponsorship does not grant the Partner control over methodology, provider selection, measurements or conclusions.
Custom benchmarks
- Private commissioned benchmark
- Results are contractually private and used for the commissioning company's internal engineering or competitive intelligence.
- Public commissioned benchmark
- Published under the InferenceBench name with sponsor disclosure and full methodology disclosure; results remain independent.
In both cases the same principle applies: commissioning a benchmark buys the study, not the result.
Partner visibility
Partnership may include logo placement in the partner rail, presence on the partners page, research acknowledgements and selected product surfaces. These surfaces are visually separated from benchmark data, and commercial links are marked with rel="sponsored" in the page markup.
Disclosures & conflicts of interest
Where a company appearing in an InferenceBench benchmark is also a commercial Partner, that relationship is disclosed through the Partner Program surfaces. The disclosure never alters how the company is measured, scored or displayed inside the benchmark.
Partner trademarks
Partner names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed under the terms of the applicable commercial agreement.
Commercial agreements
Individual partnerships are governed by separate written commercial agreements with SnowStorm Solutions S.L.. This public policy describes InferenceBench's independence principles but does not replace the commercial agreement between the parties. Submitting the partnership form does not create a contract.
Termination
Partner visibility ends automatically when a partnership's contractual period ends. Termination has no effect on benchmark data: results are neither added nor removed because a commercial relationship starts or ends.
Policy changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected by a new version and updated effective date.
